At Karizma Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the jewelry in its original branded packaging, including all certificates, tags, and the original invoice to ensure a smooth process.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
